If you are coming in from out of town, we have already made a hotel reservation under your name, and your room and parking costs are covered. However, the hotel will ask you for a credit card at check-in for any incidentals. The hotel has a luggage storage room, if needed.

Transport and Parking

If you are driving in each day, a map showing parking garages can be found here: harvardsquare.com/parking.

We recommend taking public transit, if possible, as parking can be difficult to find. Harvard Square Station on the Red line is the closest subway stop. More information is available here: harvard.edu/on-campus/visit-harvard/directions.

Note: The meeting location, hotel, and restaurant are all within a brief walk of each other.

Expenses

SERP will be reimbursing, though not prepaying, travel expenses for out of town visitors. We will also reimburse parking and/or transit costs for all attendees.

Meals

Breakfast and lunch will be served both days of the conference, and there will be a dinner for all attendees Friday evening.
