Duration: Approximately 40 minutes
Here students are asked to explain why some animals are particularly well suited for survival in their particular environment, then reflect on how and why different adaptations have worked well for certain species. This activity is a simple review of the concept of adaptation that is probably familiar from elementary school science lessons.
