• Defer judgment (If you like/hate an idea, just keep it to yourself.)
• Encourage wild ideas
• Build on the ideas of others (Say, "That makes me think of…")
• Stay focused on the topic
• One conversation at a time
• Be visual (Use drawings to make your point.)
• Go for quantity
